with any questions that you might have. We are here to serve you!
Please contact us (via phone call, text or email) with any
questions that you might have about one of our puppies.
We will answer any questions that you might have & will give you
information, updates & photos of the puppy.
If you choose to make that puppy your very own,
you can follow the directions below to do so.
We require a $300, non-refundable deposit to hold a puppy.
We cannot hold a puppy without a deposit. Your remaining
balance is due when the puppy is 7 weeks old or one week
before he or she came home to you.
As soon as we receive your deposit on the puppy and
your purchase agreement, we will take the puppy offline
& hold him for you, until he or she is
8 weeks old & ready to come home!

We ship our puppies worldwide.
Information on how we do that is below.

If you live close to us (we're located in Northeastern Missouri) &
would rather meet us in person to pick up your puppy,
feel free to contact us about that.

We are willing to meet you, if you would like to visit with your puppy.
Please call us to schedule an appointment!

We will send you updates & pictures every other week of your new puppy,
so you can watch them grow, while we wait for him/her to reach 8 weeks old.

Once the puppies are old enough, we will start weaning them
& getting them ready to come to your home.

If you would like, we can hold your puppy for you longer
& starting training him or her. Read more about our
"Puppy Kindergarten" here! Contact us if you are interested!

Once they turn 8 weeks old, we will either ship them to you
or hand deliver them to you in person, if you live close to us.

*** Note: If your puppy is coming home during the
winter or summer months, there is a chance that his or her
flight will be postponed, due to cold or hot weather***

*** Note: If your puppy is small at 8 weeks old & we are
concerned about him or her traveling, we may decide to
hold it 4 or more additional weeks, to make sure he
or she is big enough to travel. The health, safety &
happiness of our puppies is very important to us***

Please let us know if you have any questions! We are here to serve you!

Heritage Farms puppies that are flown home to their families are shipped via American Airlines or with Delta's Pet Safe program. Depending on which airport you need your new companion flown to, one of these great airlines will get them there safely with our help.

We use a great shipping company called Ozark Mountian Pet Transport to ship our puppies. Tony and his gang are in charge of booking the flights and making sure that each puppy makes it to the right airlines. They look for the shortest flights (direct or one layover, if necessary) for our puppies, to make sure that they are safe & arrive home as soon as possible. They do a wonderful job and stay with our pups until the airline attendants  take them to get on their flight home.

We will send your information over to Tony as soon as we receive your payment and he will put his crew to work getting us a flight. We receive the flight info and we pass it along to you.

Sometimes we don't get the confirmation until a few days prior to flying but rest assured that as soon as we have it we will email it to you. We let you know what flight(s) your puppy will be on, what time he or she will arrive at your airport, exactly where to pick him up at your airport & his or her waybill number to track your puppy's flight plan.

On the day your best friend comes home you will take your ID to the airport and your new family member will be waiting for you to arrive. You will pick your puppy along with his or her travel crate, a baggie of sample puppy food & his or her paperwork. This includes a healthy puppy certificate from our vet, a letter from us, a copy of our health guarantee, information on registering his or her microchip number, his or her shot record, registration papers etc.
This paperwork will be attached to the top of his or her crate.

As of July 2015, we have puppies in 27 states around the USA, including- Georgia, Missouri, Florida, Montana, Nevada, Kansas, Arizona, Nebraska, California, Arkansas, Michigan, Alabama, Texas, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Alaska, Mississippi, New Jersey, Virginia, Indiana, Colorado, West Virginia, Illinois, Massachussetts, Washington, Kentucky & Wisconsin, as well as in Washington DC & two international puppies in Canada!

We ship puppies regularly & rarely have any problems with the Airlines or delivering your puppy to you. Apart from rescheduling flights due to snow, our puppies usually arrive on time, without any problems or complications! They are happy, healthy & ready to play!

*** Note: If your puppy is coming home during the
winter months, there is a chance that his or her
flight will be postponed, due to cold weather.

American Airlines will not ship live animals if
the temperature is under 20 degrees.

Delta Airlines will not ship live animals if
the temperature is under 10 degrees.

This is for the health & safety of your pet. If a
puppy gets too cold, he or she can get very sick!

Such circumstances are beyond our control.

We will do our best to get your puppy home to you
as soon as possible- healthy, safe & sound!

THANK YOU for your patience & understanding!***
